I am a partner at the Maples Group in the Cayman Islands. I advise on all aspects of Cayman Islands offshore investment funds as well as general corporate restructurings. I specialise in hedge fund and private equity transactions and work regularly with a large number of the world's leading financial institutions, fund managers and law firms. I have extensive experience advising on all forms of investment fund vehicles including partnerships, unit trusts and companies. I have an indepth knowledge of various onshore legislative/regulatory initiatives including FATCA, the OCED CRS and AIFMD.
