About Me

Suzanne is a member of the Maples Group's  Corporate and Latin American teams.  She has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate work, including joint ventures, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and also advises on a wide variety of structured finance, capital markets and investment fund transactions.  Suzanne maintains a strong focus on public company work, advising clients through all stages of their growth from start-up to IPO and beyond. 

Through her Latin American practice, Suzanne advises clients both originating from and investing into the region. She has also advised telecommunications clients and hardware companies on Cayman Islands licencing and regulatory issues.
